2000 Plasmac C55 Hydrocool Film Recyling Line, * 55mm Twin diameter screw with large feed throat. • 15kW AC motor with infinitely variable speed provided by Jaguar AC inverter. • Zambello upright extruder gearbox. • Powered nip roll feed system with interlocking knurled and hardened rollers for feeding scrap film directly from rolls, powered by infinitely variable speed AC motor with reduction gearbox. • Separate manual feed hopper for loose scrap (not shown in pictures). • 4 heat zones with advanced PID heat/cooling. Mica band/plate heaters, Ziehl/EBM single phase capacitor start cooling fans. • Lantern slide 2 position screen changer, 60mm filtering diameter. • Die-face pelletising head with 2/4 blade spring loaded cassette blade assembly. • Water cooled pelletising ring with AC motor, pellet size infinitely variable by means of Jaguar inverter. • Stainless steel water tank, with Lowara 3 phase water pump, integral plate heat exchanger for connection to chilled water supply if required, basket water filtration system inside tank. • 2.2kW stainless
